Discover

A 30-minute discovery call with a named lead. No deck, no pitch. The call has one goal: understand the business, the problem as the founder sees it, and what a genuinely useful outcome looks like for this engagement.

We ask: What are you trying to ship? What's already been tried? What does success look like in 30 or 60 days? We listen more than we talk.

If we're the right partner, we tell you clearly. If we're not, we tell you that too — and we try to point you to who might be.

STEP 02 / SCOPE

Scope

No work begins without a written scope. The scope document defines: what we will deliver, what we will not deliver, the timeline, the milestones, the review points, and the investment.

The scope is reviewed and signed before any specialist is briefed or any work begins. If the scope isn't right, we rewrite it. Scope revision is part of the process, not a friction point.

STEP 03 / COORDINATE

Coordinate

Once the scope is signed, we assemble the specialist team for this engagement. Specialists are briefed by the named lead — not by the founder. Every specialist receives the same brief, derived from the scope, with no information lost in translation.
